A luxurious, four-bedroom property complete with cinema, found in the exclusive resort of Sandbanks and just three minutes walk away from miles of incredible sandy beaches.

With a design that wouldn’t look out of place on the cover of a glossy magazine, Harbour Lodge is simply stunning. Recently renovated and re-styled with no detail overlooked, it is a sophisticated and welcoming beach-side retreat.

Looking down onto the exclusive resort of Sandbanks, the property wows its guests with its architecture and amenities from the first moment. The sweeping staircase in the entrance hall beckons you to head upstairs and discover the vast open-plan living space with its glass-clad terraces. Spanning the entire top floor, this is the perfect area to unwind and cook meals.

Downstairs, four beautiful bedrooms await the weary. With touches such as super king or kingsize beds in all but one and an en-suite bathroom for each, they’ve been designed with indulgence in mind.

Bedrooms one and two have access straight out into the newly re-styled garden, and bedrooms three and four have access out onto the balcony so their guests can take in the views before bedtime.

For those cosy evenings that are all about time together, head down to the basement and make the most of the impressive full 4K Dolby Atmos cinema, or step outside and relax under the pergola in your own private contemporary landscaped city sky garden by day or night.

Harbour Lodge is within a few hundred metres of the area’s sandy beaches, as well as Poole Harbour and the Sandbanks ferry. Hop aboard for a visit to the Isle of Purbeck Peninsula and its World Heritage Coast, and a visit to Rick Stein’s Sandbanks restaurant is the perfect treat for foodies.

Bed linen, towels, robes, slippers, toiletries and Wi-Fi are included. There are two travel cots and two high chairs. To the rear of the house, you'll find a lawned garden with garden furniture. There are three balconies with outdoor furniture. On the gated drive there is private parking for 2-3 cars.

Lower Ground Floor:

Cinema room: With full 4K projector, Dolby Atmos surround sound, popcorn machine, drinks fridge and a draft beer machine (order sub kegs at https://www.beerwulf.com/en-gb/c/beer-kegs/sub-kegs to take with you!)

Bedroom 1: With luxurious super-king bed, dressing room, dressing table, patio doors leading to garden, and luxury en-suite with shower over bath. Robes, slippers and toiletries are provided.

Bedroom 4: With comfy twin beds, dressing table, patio doors leading out to the newly re-styled garden, and en-suite with shower. Robes, slippers and toiletries are provided.

Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: With delightful kingsize bed, dressing table, patio doors leading to balcony, and large en-suite with shower, bath and twin sinks. Robes, slippers and toiletries are provided.

Bedroom 3: With a kingsize bed, patio doors leading to balcony, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Robes, slippers and toiletries are provided.

First Floor:

Kitchen area: This luxury kitchen has a breakfast cupboard, central island, 2 electric ovens, 2 plate warmers, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, boiling "hot tap," 5-ring induction hob, fridge, and freezer.

Living area: This is an open-plan living and dining area with a 52" smart TV, cosy seating, fireplace, dining table for 8-9 people, and patio doors leading to the balcony.

Snug: 55" smart TV, media wall, large corner sofa, patio doors leading to balcony with gas-fired Pizza oven.

Study: Desk, chair, monitor, keyboard, mac-charger and printer.

Utility and games room: With sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Pool table and plenty of toys and chairs to take to the beach.
